How the Magic Works:

• Our team of experts understands that each organizing situation is unique, so first, we take the time to analyze your specific needs and requirements to formulate a plan that will successfully achieve your organizational goals.

• A walk-through of the property occurs next to identify items that need to be removed for safekeeping. Cameras are set up to monitor our progress and ensure safety and security for all while in your space.

• These important and valuable items are then removed from the property to ensure their safekeeping. They will be returned once the work is completed.

• All trash and unwanted furniture is removed next.

• Next, clutter is systematically gone through to ensure no items of value are disposed of, with the team pulling and safeguarding other items identified as “important” while continuing to remove items for disposal.

• The remaining items will then be organized according to the predetermined client plan.

• At this point, another walk-through will occur to determine if the client desires any “touch-up” work or staging of the property, i.e., paint, carpet, or furniture staged, etc.

• Final walk-through and smiles all around!
